Started in 2011 as a small training operation. One instructor. One room. We noticed something fast: traditional certification prep was letting people down. Graduates would pass exams then struggle on the job. That gap frustrated us. So we rebuilt everything from scratch—curriculum, teaching methods, assessment systems. By 2015, demand outpaced our capacity. We expanded. Hired more instructors. Opened new programs. Today, we run 9 certifications across multiple disciplines. We're still small enough to care about individual success. Big enough to deliver serious results.
